My mission began after a long struggle with body dysmorphia and the emotional rollercoaster of postpartum recovery. Through weight training, I found not only physical strength but a renewed sense of purpose, confidence, and mental clarity.
Now, I help busy moms build sustainable fitness habits, gain strength inside and out, and understand that movement isn’t punishment—it’s empowerment.
